  • Granules India’s MWPL on Tuesday was 97.8%, and Trendlyne recorded 13.7 million OI. In comparison to the prior session, it was down 1.7%.
  • On Tuesday, IDFC First Bank’s MWPL was 92.9%, while Trendlyne announced that its OI was 507.2 million. In comparison to the prior session, it was down 1.7%.
  • On Tuesday, Manappuram Finance’s MWPL was 90.7%, while Trendlyne’s OI was 69 million. Compared to the previous session, it was down 1.1%.
  • On Wednesday, the GNFC’s MWPL was 101.8%, and Trendlyne’s OI was 6.8 million. In comparison to the prior session, it was down 1.9%.
  • On Wednesday, the MWPL for SAIL was 93.2%, while Trendlyne’s OI was 151.9 million. It had decreased by 2.5% from the prior session.

Impact of the Ban

Since the NSE decided to outlaw these derivative contracts, no new positions in these securities may be opened until the outlaw is lifted. Clients and members may, however, decrease their positions by making countertrades. According to the NSE’s standards, any attempt to increase the number of vacant positions during the suspension would result in corresponding penalties and disciplinary proceedings.
