On the second day of December 16, Premier Explosives’ stock price is expected to continue to rise following the company’s signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOV) with Global Munition, a division of NIBE Ordnance and Maritime, to establish a joint venture for the production of defense and aerospace goods.

The shares of Premier Explosives saw a 10% increase in trading on Monday, closing at Rs 568.2 per share on the BSE. The company’s stock increased following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Munition Ltd. to establish a joint venture (JV) for the production of aerospace and defense goods.

On December 16, Premier Explosives announced a joint venture (JV) with Global Munition Limited, which caused the share price to soar by 10% to โ‚น567 per share in early morning trading. With Global Munition, a division of NIBE Ordnance and Maritime Limited, the company has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to produce aerospace and defense goods. The stock split between the two businesses in the joint venture will be 51:49.

Premier Explosives manufactures high-energy materials, including solid propellants for missiles like the Astra, Akash, and Agni, which are essential to India’s space and defense initiatives. Solid propellants for satellite launchers are among the items the company supplies to the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
