The company was first registered as “Captain Pipes Private Limited” with the Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Havelli Registrar of Companies on January 5, 2010. Later, on September 23, 2014, the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Ahmedabad, issued a new Certificate of Incorporation, changing the company’s name to “Captain Pipes Limited” and converting it to a Public Limited Company. Based in Rajkot, the company’s Vervaval plant produces and sells all kinds of UPVC pipes and fittings.
