Freshara Agro Exports Limited was established as a partnership firm under the name and style of ‘Freshara Picklz Exports’ on June 23, 2015, according to a Deed of Partnership. Following that, the Firm was transformed from a Partnership firm to a Public Limited Company with the name and style of ‘FRESHARA AGRO EXPORTS LIMITED’ and acquired a Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies, Tamil-Nadu and Andaman located in Chennai on November 22, 2023.
The company is involved in the acquisition, processing, and export of preserved gherkins and other pickled goods from India to other nations across the world. The Company enters into buy-back agreements with farmers and then provides them with the essential sowing materials, such as seeds, to the identified small and marginal farmers.
