Varun Beverages Shares Surge 2% After 40% Stake Acquisition in Lunarmech!

Varun Beverages Acquisition

Varun Beverages has acquired 39.93% of Lunarmech Technologies’ (Lunarmech) issued and paid-up equity share capital, and as a result, it has become the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary effective December 16, 2024. Varun Beverages is a CSD and NCB franchisee in India and around the world, selling products under PepsiCo trademarks.

In order to fulfill the increasing demands of the market, the company is expanding its production capacity by building a second facility in Jammu and operating a manufacturing facility in Jaipur. In FY 2023โ€“2024, Lunarmech reported โ‚น183.4 crore in net revenue.
