Greenzo Energy Teams Up with EODev to Bring Hydrogen Fuel Cell Generators to India and Nepal

Energy Observer Developments (EODev) of France and Greenzo Energy India (GEIL) will work together to introduce hydrogen fuel cell power units to India. In addition to providing maintenance services as an alkaline electrolyser manufacturer, Greenzo Energy will market EODev’s zero-emission generators. The 20-year partnership will give GEIL the chance to locally produce EODev products in addition to serving as the company’s original equipment manufacturer and strategic partner.

The agreement targets industries like transportation, telecom, and agriculture and includes distribution, maintenance services, and plans for local assembly of EODev’s goods. These generators are intended to take the place of diesel-based alternatives, supporting India’s initiatives to use fewer fossil fuels. The partnership encourages local production and the generation of jobs in the green technology sector, which helps the “Make in India” campaign.

The deal advances India’s hydrogen energy infrastructure by combining EODev’s hydrogen power solutions with Greenzo Energy’s electrolyser manufacturing capability. In addition to supporting India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission, this effort is anticipated to facilitate the shift to zero-emission energy systems.

Greenzo Energy will target high-demand industries including transportation, telecom, and agriculture by distributing EODev’s zero-emission generators and offering maintenance services. These scalable, emission-free substitutes for traditional diesel generators support India’s goal of lowering its reliance on fossil fuels. This long-term collaboration includes clauses allowing Greenzo Energy to assemble EODev products locally.
